ANXIETY
DEPRESSION
Psychotherapy practice dedicated to helping those struggling with depression, unhelpful thoughts, low mood and sadness. With the help of evidence-based therapies, overcome depression with comprehensive approaches for individual to overcome emotional difficulties and foster personal growth.
STRESS
A Process-based approach to stress helps identify the underlying psychological processes that contribute to stress, such as negative thinking patterns, emotional avoidance, or maladaptive behaviors. It encourages individuals to identify and shift these processes, rather than just alleviating symptoms. ADDICTION
Substance addictions or behavioural addictions like social media, gaming, pornography, stress eating etc, they can drain our energy and time, keeping us away from doing things that are meaningful in our life. ACT can in dealing with cravings or urges without giving in to them through working on your thoughts, feelings and actions.
Anxiety problems can present as worry, fear, obsessive & compulsive behaviours, avoidance etc. It is highly distressing and life-restricting for the person experiencing it. Psychotherapy helps learn skills to deal with anxiety problems adaptively.
OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER
ACT can help clients with OCD accept distressing thoughts without engaging in compulsive behaviors. It emphasizes mindfulness, cognitive defusion, and values-based actions to reduce the impact of intrusive thoughts. ACT encourages clients to build psychological flexibility and commit to actions that align with their values, even in the presence of anxiety.
TRAUMA
Trauma response is highly individual. For instance, as a child, what affected you deeply may not have impacted your sibling same way. Healing from trauma means integration, acceptance and compassion towards oneself. When we no longer resort to self sabotaging behaviours for survival as we know.
EMOTIONAL DYSREGULATION
Intense and distressing feelings such as anger, sadness, panic; excitment and desire that fuses our logic; or roller-coaster mood fluctuations that are so intimidating.
ANGRY OUTBURSTS
Individuals experiencing this condition may find themselves reacting with intense anger or aggression, often in situations where it may not be warranted. This can lead to challenges in personal relationships, work environments, and overall mental well-being.
SELF SABOTAGING BEHAVIOURS
